Spiced Rum Old Fashioned

A rum twist on the classic stirred serve: Original Spiced Rum, a little sugar and aromatic bitters.

Ingredients

• 50ml Mortal Bunny Original Spiced Rum
• 5ml sugar syrup (equal parts sugar and water)
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• Ice cubes
• Orange peel, to garnish

How to make it

1. Add the rum, sugar syrup and bitters to a mixing glass.
2. Fill with ice and stir until well chilled.
3. Strain into a short glass over fresh ice. Twist the orange peel over the drink and add it as a garnish.
