Spiced Rum Piña Colada

A spiced-rum variation on the pineapple and coconut classic, made with Mortal Bunny Original.

Ingredients

• 50ml Mortal Bunny Original Spiced Rum
• 90ml pineapple juice
• 30ml sweetened cream of coconut
• 100g crushed ice
• Pineapple wedge, to garnish

How to make it

1. Add the rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and crushed ice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth, then pour into a tall glass.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.

This variation uses spiced rum in place of the white rum in the IBA Piña Colada.
